Annick Gunn graduated from the University of North Texas with a degree in Business Administration and worked for fourteen years in Hyatt Resorts in several states across all management capacities, working her way from the front desk to Rooms Division Manager. She supervised 300 employees in various positions. For years, she worked as the opening team manager in many new Hyatt properties throughout the United States.

For fifteen years, Annick ran her own business with Homemade Gourmet. As a founding Executive Director, she and her team maintained position as Top 5 in sales for her entire career, making the million-dollar team sales club for more than half of that time.

Caregiver extraordinaire, Annick began a private Senior Assisted Living Home, Ray of Light, from scratch with her business partner for three years, and regards it as one of the most rewarding and challenging positions she has ever experienced. The position came naturally to Annick, as she has been the caregiver for her special needs daughter, in-laws, mother, neighbors, and more, for twenty-three years––while working the entire time!

Annick is married to her high school sweetheart and is the proud mother of two wonderful adult children––Garrett, who lives locally, and Caitlin, who now makes her home in heaven (6/2/96 - 5/5/23).
